Ha-ha?

By the way, in case you haven't figured it out yet, this site is not for real. Although there are sites that offer services like the "Level A" service (do a search on the words "credit card generator" or "credit card verifier"), I doubt that many of them really work.

The purpose of this site is to present a plausible looking website to set up the analysis in the "article" about the site and the purported lawsuit. See how many of the arguments raised there are similar to those raised in the Napster or Reimerdes (DeCSS) cases (the full texts of which are available at www.edwardsamuels.com/copyright/beyond/cases/index.html). I hope that people will enjoy the spoof, and think about the arguments and their applicability to the various contexts.
